When New York Developer's decided to build a 440 Unit Apartment Complex along side the St. Johns Cathedral they decided to bring the expertise of DL Marble to the table. DL Marble supplied and installed all the Kitchen Countertops which was a beautiful Quartz Material known as Quartz By DL and the color was Organic Cashmere.

We sourced some of the tiles locally from a company based in New York. We ordered 9 truck loads of 2" thick Limestone from Alabama for the Lobby and teamed up with a local Terrazzo company to pour down the huge Terrazzo Floor.

The lobby was roughly 10,000 SF and featured Black Terrazzo Floors, which was epoxy based and included marble chips of 2 different sizes. The 2" thick 10,000 SF Alabama Limestone was hung throughout the enormous lobby and included a challenging installation schedule.

In a short period of time managing the pouring of Terrazzo and the installation of 440 kitchen countertops and over 600 bathrooms and 1000 custom made door saddles, featuring Black Absolute from India and White Carrera from Italy.

DL Marble rose to the occasion and out performed the requests of a rigorous schedule. All while working on 3 other projects at the same time.
